Since Sofodel provides only digital services and does not sell or deliver physical products, this policy is designed specifically for service-based transactions.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Sofodel provides customized digital services including but not limited to:
- Website Development
- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Video Creation
- GST & Company Registration Assistance
- Digital Business Solutions
All services are intangible and digitally delivered. Due to the customized and effort-based nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following condition:

This means:
- If we fail to start or complete the service without valid reason.
- If we officially cancel the project from our side.
- If service delivery becomes impossible due to our operational issue.
In such cases, a refund may be processed after internal review.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If work has already started and resources have been allocated.
- If initial concepts, drafts, designs, or partial deliverables have been shared.
- If delay occurs due to client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or communication.
- If client changes mind after order confirmation.
- If client is dissatisfied but the service has been delivered as agreed.
- For completed and delivered digital services.
- For government-related services (GST, Company Registration) once application has been submitted.
- For delays caused by third-party platforms (hosting, social media platforms, payment gateways, government portals).
Since services involve time, expertise, and manpower allocation, payments once made are generally non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Before Work Begins
If cancellation is requested before the project work has started, the request may be reviewed. If approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and transaction charges.
4.2 After Work Has Started
If cancellation is requested after project initiation:
- No refund will be provided for work already completed.
- Charges will be calculated based on effort, hours invested, and resources used.
Customized projects cannot be canceled once substantial work has been delivered.
5. Service Delivery Responsibility
Sofodel is responsible for delivering services as per agreed scope.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Client-side delays
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Changes in government rules or regulations
- Account suspension by third-party platforms
- Rejection of applications by government authorities
Refunds will not be provided in these situations.
6. Revision and Rectification
If a client is not satisfied, we encourage discussing concerns first. Most issues can be resolved through:
- Revisions (as per package limits)
- Minor modifications
- Clarifications or technical support
Refund requests without allowing reasonable correction opportunity may not be considered.
7. Refund Process
If Sofodel determines that a refund is applicable:
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment gateway or bank.
- Any payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests after evaluation.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account termination
- Legal recovery actions if necessary

Sofodel reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
