We do not sell or deliver any physical goods. All services are delivered digitally via email, online tools, or cloud-based platforms.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service if any information provided is false or misleading.

3. Service Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Confirmation

A service order is considered confirmed only after:

4. Project Execution and Timelines

  • Timelines depend on client responsiveness and timely submission of required materials (content, images, documents, approvals).
  • Delays caused by the client may extend delivery time.

Sofodel will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but does not guarantee delivery dates in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Deliver necessary documents and approvals on time
  • Ensure that provided content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal rights
  • Communicate clearly and respond to revision requests promptly

Sofodel is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Revisions Policy

  • Each service package may include a specific number of revisions.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
  • Major changes in project scope after approval may require a new quotation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Portfolio Use

Sofodel reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.

7.3 Third-Party Materials

If third-party tools, stock images, fonts, or plugins are used, their respective licenses will apply.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since Sofodel provides digital services:

  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests may be considered only if work has not yet commenced.
  • If cancellation occurs after project initiation, a partial refund may be issued after deducting work completed and administrative charges.

Customized services are non-refundable once delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sofodel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting, social media platforms, payment gateways)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Compliance and Legal Services Disclaimer

For services like GST Registration or Company Registration:

  • Sofodel provides assistance and documentation support.
  • Final approval depends on government authorities.
  • We do not guarantee approval timelines controlled by regulatory bodies.

11. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared with us will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms
  • There is abusive or inappropriate communication
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

13. Force Majeure

Sofodel shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or internet disruptions.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
